This large-scale national-level rubber plant project in Uzbekistan was signed under the witness of President Xi Jinping and the President of Uzbekistan. It is the first rubber plant in Uzbekistan, with a designed annual capacity of 3 million sets of semi-steel radial tires, 200,000 sets of agricultural tires and 100,000 linear meters of rubber conveyor belts. The project was signed in October 2015, completed smoothly in July 2018 with the acceptance certificate signed. In May 2022, the plant was officially handed over to the Uzbek owner. Realizing Uzbekistan’s breakthrough in domestic radial tire production, the project can provide jobs for 2,000 local employees. The two sides signed the design contract for Phase II expansion in October 2025. The annual PCR tire capacity will be expanded to 7 million pieces, supported by newly built production lines and workshops.

The JAMUNA Tire Plant in Bangladesh is the country’s first radial tire manufacturing factory. This project has comprehensively upgraded Bangladesh’s industrial capacity for tire production and ended the nation’s full reliance on imported radial tires. The contract between both parties was signed in September 2015. The overall designed capacity covers 1 million all-steel truck and bus radial tires (TBR) per annum, 1.5 million semi-steel passenger car radial tires (PCR) per annum, and 1.5 million sets of inner tubes and rubber flaps per annum. The Phase I construction includes an annual output of 500,000 all-steel TBR tires, 750,000 semi-steel PCR tires, and 750,000 sets of inner tubes and rubber flaps. Our company’s scope of contract services encompasses plant master planning and design, procurement, installation and commissioning of process and utility equipment, process technology licensing, procurement of raw materials for trial production, as well as on-site technical supervision during production. At present, the plant is undergoing full-line connection and commissioning, and small-batch trial production of TBR tires has been launched.
