Five Core Product Lines:

I. Coating Equipment and Coating Engineering. Covering airless sprayers, fireproof coating sprayers, intelligent spraying production lines, etc. It is an important integrated general contractor supplier in the coating industry, capable of providing integrated solutions from single-machine equipment to complete line design, manufacturing, and installation. The company is the drafting unit of the industry standard "Airless Sprayer" and participates in the formulation of the national standard "Safety Code for Coating Operations."

II. Intelligent Glue Application Equipment. Applied in fields such as complete vehicles, new energy batteries, solar energy, rail transit, equipment manufacturing, and communications, helping the manufacturing industry achieve precision glue application automation.

III. Lubrication Equipment. Possessing series products including dry oil centralized lubrication systems, thin oil cooling lubrication systems, and thin oil stations, providing reliable lubrication guarantees for heavy equipment.

IV. Sandblasting Equipment. Including shot blasting machines, dust collectors, and other surface treatment equipment to meet the needs of pre-treatment for heavy anti-corrosion coating.

V. Communication and Navigation Equipment. Professionally R&D and manufacturing electro-controlled gyrocompasses, fiber optic compasses, fiber optic gyroscopes, flexible gyroscopes, north finders, and other inertial devices. It is an important domestic integrated supplier of communication and navigation systems.

In terms of technological innovation, the company has cooperated with Chongqing University to R&D the hollow wrist-type coating robot TZR-2, which is internally inflated and explosion-proof, filling the gap of domestic robots in the field of intelligent coating. It has cooperated with Harbin Institute of Technology to develop complete sets of automatic spraying equipment for ultra-large ship hull sections, and took the lead internationally in launching vehicle-mounted mobile coating robot spraying equipment, reducing the coating coefficient from 2.2 to the internationally advanced level of 1.8. The independently developed CJ400 PFP fireproof coating sprayer has passed the official certification of International Paint under the global coating giant AkzoNobel, and has served major domestic and international projects such as Hong Kong LNG, Canada LNG, Pluto 2, Scarborough, and Woodfibre, cumulatively completing more than 1,000 tons of fireproof coating spraying operations.

In terms of intelligent manufacturing, the company has cumulatively obtained 192 patent authorizations and holds 57 registered trademarks including "Changjiang Technology" and "China Heavy Industry Changjiang." It has built 6 intelligent flexible production lines, invested 17 million yuan in recent years to promote digital transformation, overall production efficiency increased by 1.8 times, product defect rate decreased by more than 95%, and operating costs decreased by nearly 20%. It has been recognized as a municipal-level digital workshop.
