Zhejiang Xinlian Civil Explosives Group Co., Ltd. was established in September 2017 through the restructuring and integration of the civil explosives businesses of Zhejiang Mechanical & Electrical Group and Wuchan Zhongda Group. Headquartered in Hangzhou, it is a comprehensive civil explosives enterprise covering the entire chain of R&D, production, sales, distribution, and blasting services.

The company owns 18 holding subsidiaries, with licensed production capacities of 136,000 tons of industrial explosives and 26.33 million units of digital electronic detonators. It holds Class A qualifications for mine engineering general contracting and blasting operations, with domestic business spanning multiple provinces and regions. Actively expanding overseas, it has established the only explosive manufacturer in Cameroon and invested in a factory in Ethiopia in 2025. Its business also encompasses extended civil explosives products, military products, and renewable resource utilization.
