The main equipment includes: plate bending machines with plate thickness capacities of 250mm, 120mm, and 40mm; a 12m edge planing machine; narrow-gap submerged arc automatic welding machines; nozzle saddle-type automatic submerged arc welding machines; imported strip cladding welding machines; small-diameter pipe internal cladding welding machines; various lifting equipment with a capacity of up to 600 tons; 5m and 10m CNC vertical lathes; a 200mm CNC floor-type boring machine; a 4m×4m CNC deep-hole drilling machine; a 9MeV linear accelerator; and a 6.5m×6.5m×25m large-scale heat treatment furnace. In addition, the company has established a welding laboratory, non-destructive testing room, and physical and chemical testing laboratory, capable of meeting various testing, analysis, and control requirements.

In terms of technology R&D, the company continuously adopts new technologies and develops new products. Building on its highly mature experience in the design and manufacture of pressure vessel equipment made of Cr-Mo steel, low-temperature steel, austenitic stainless steel, ferritic stainless steel, duplex steel, clad plate materials, and non-ferrous metals, the company has completed the upgrading of its product structure.
