It currently covers an area of 1.8 million square meters, with total assets of 1.037 billion yuan and a comprehensive production capacity of 20,000 tons. It has 10 extrusion presses ranging from 8MN to 55MN (among them, the 16.3MN horizontal extrusion press and the 25MN double-action reverse extrusion press were the first introduced in China, and the 45MN, 36MN No. 1 and No. 2 double-action reverse extrusion presses represent the world's highest level of equipment), 6 sets of 5T to 16T melting and casting furnace groups, and complete specialized production equipment for aluminum processing including melting, casting, extrusion, heat treatment, finishing, rolling, and deep processing, as well as supporting auxiliary equipment for power, tooling and dies, and testing and inspection. The under-construction domestic first digital-intelligent demonstration project for aluminum alloy special thin-wall tubes, profiles, and wires—the Aerospace Extrusion Materials Capacity Enhancement and "Three Precision Base" Project—will add 2 extrusion presses of 28MN and 36MN, 1 melting and casting production line of 16 tons, and carry out digital-intelligent upgrading of the existing melting and casting, extrusion, tube, and finishing production lines and their public auxiliary facilities, which will inject strong momentum into China's high-end extrusion material production.
