Chet was widely known throughout the industry, and at one time worked at Utilco/Ilsco before leaving there to start Alcon, Inc.Chet invented the use of Plastisol for insulating connectors and covers for submersible applications. Even though Chet has retired from day-to-day participation in the business, Alcon, Inc. continues to produce its products according to Chets original designs and concepts.
