Based on the answers, PennBarry formulated a four-point program, focused on enhancing quality and service through innovative thinking. Products: We refined our core offering to include the best HVAC technology available and identified opportunities to improve our designs, manufacturing, and delivery efficiency. Engineering: We added new resources to bring our R&D efforts full circle and to support new initiatives, from concept through documentation. Operations: We streamlined our combined West and East Coast operations around a new distribution program, to create a leaner, more reliable customer-centered company. Distribution: We created exclusive representative agreements to facilitate our single market solutions, and beefed up our home office field support.
