Project Overview ：This project consists of 3 packages: Package 2, Package 3, and Package 5. It involves the procurement of medical electronic physiological parameter detection instruments, chemical synthesis fume hoods, and acoustic/physical analysis instruments and equipment.

Package Details ：

Package 2 ：1 set of flexible wearable ECG electrodes, budget amount 150,000 CNY, maximum limit price 150,000 CNY, import products not allowed.

Package 3 ：19 chemical synthesis fume hoods, budget amount 152,000 CNY, maximum limit price 152,000 CNY, import products not allowed. This package falls under the scope of mandatory procurement for energy-saving products and priority procurement for environmental labeling products (involving faucets).

Package 5 ：1 pre-amplifier, 1 electrical signal amplifier, 1 electrical signal display, budget amount 27,000 CNY, maximum limit price 27,000 CNY, import products not allowed.

Key Technical Requirements ：

Package 2 (Flexible Wearable ECG Electrodes) ：Must meet the requirements for a research-grade flexible multi-channel ECG dry electrode system, support 12-lead synchronous acquisition, sampling rate ≥1000Hz, A/D conversion accuracy ≥24bit, built-in storage ≥800 case records, continuous monitoring ≥7 days, comply with safety and electromagnetic compatibility standards such as GB9706.1-2020.

Package 3 (Chemical Synthesis Fume Hoods) ：Must comply with standards such as JB/T 6412-1999, JG/T 222-2007, average face velocity 0.5m/s ±1%, residual exhaust gas <0.01ppm, work surface made of ceramic material with antibacterial, impact-resistant, and high load-bearing properties. The accompanying faucet must comply with GB18145-2014 and be resistant to over 90 types of chemical reagents.

Package 5 (Signal Processing Equipment) ：The pre-amplifier must be compatible with proportional counters. The electrical signal amplifier must have a frequency range of 1mHz–100kHz. The electrical signal display must have a bandwidth of 0–1GHz, channels ≥4, sampling rate ≥5GS/s.

Commercial Requirements ：

Delivery Time ：Delivery within 30 calendar days after contract signing.

Delivery Location ：Designated room at Sichuan University (including installation and commissioning).

Payment Terms ：30% payment within 30 days after contract takes effect, 70% payment within 30 days after installation, commissioning, and acceptance inspection.

Acceptance Criteria ：Inspection by the purchaser, acceptance period of 30 working days. Must provide certificates of conformity, technical documents, and intellectual property authorization proofs.

Warranty & Service ：5-year warranty, 7×24 hour technical support, response within 2 hours, on-site repair within 48 hours, lifelong provision of spare parts and maintenance services.

Packaging & Transportation ：Must comply with national government procurement standards for commodity packaging and express delivery packaging.

Liability for Breach of Contract ：Executed according to contract terms. The bidder must bear all responsibilities arising from product quality, intellectual property issues, etc.
