Project Core Content & Scope of Services:
This project requires the supplier to provide a complete land drilling system on a turnkey basis and be responsible for completing the drilling operations for one well. The total contract covers the entire process from design to the completion of drilling operations, specifically divided into:

Engineering & Supply: Design, procurement, manufacturing, and supply of a complete 2000 HP AC-AC VFD type land rig along with its full set of ancillary equipment.

Construction & Commissioning: Responsible for on-site installation, commissioning, and performance testing of the equipment to ensure the system meets operational standards.

Drilling Operation Services: After equipment installation and commissioning, execute the complete drilling operation for one well using this rig.

Operation & Maintenance Support: Provide comprehensive maintenance services throughout the entire drilling operation period for this well.

Spare Parts Support: Supply mandatory spare parts (Mandatory Spare Parts) and related supporting facilities required for the project.

Model & Power: 2000 HP AC-AC VFD Type Land Rig. This configuration indicates the rig uses AC Variable Frequency Drive technology, offering higher energy efficiency and control precision.

Core Capability: Capable of drilling depths exceeding 5000 meters, classified as medium-deep well drilling equipment.

Scope of Ancillaries: Includes, but is not limited to, the complete set of ancillary equipment (Rig Accessories) required for the rig, such as derrick, mud system, power system, control system, etc., as well as necessary related facilities to ensure smooth project implementation.

Key Deliverables: In addition to operational equipment, a detailed mandatory spare parts list must be provided and supply guaranteed to support maintenance needs during the drilling operation period.

Procurement Method: International Competitive Bidding, using a single-stage two-envelope (technical and financial proposals separate) evaluation method.

Source of Funds: Government of Bangladesh and BAPEX's own funds.

Total Project Duration: All work (design, supply, installation, commissioning, drilling of one well) must be completed within 662 days from the date of receiving the Letter of Credit after contract award.

Bid Security: Amount is USD 385,000. Must be an irrevocable bank guarantee issued by an internationally renowned bank and counter-guaranteed by its correspondent bank in Bangladesh. The guarantee must be submitted with the technical proposal and remain valid for 208 days.

Bid Validity Period: 180 days from the bid submission deadline.

Tender Document Cost: BDT 12,000 or USD 100 (non-refundable).
