Scope of Services:

Supply Scope: Includes the complete CNC equipment main unit, standard accessories, spare parts, and special tools

Transportation and Delivery: Seller responsible for equipment transportation, insurance, customs clearance, and delivery to the designated laboratory location

Installation and Commissioning: Includes on-site installation, mechanical and electrical connection, system debugging, and no-load/load trial runs

Technical Training: Providing systematic training for operators, technicians, and teachers, covering equipment operation, programming, maintenance, and fault diagnosis

Warranty Service: Whole machine warranty period of not less than 12 months, with free spare parts replacement and technical support during the warranty period

After-sales Support: Providing localized or remote technical response, responding within 48 hours of fault reporting, and dispatching engineers for on-site handling when necessary

Technical Documentation: Providing a complete set of technical manuals, operation instructions, circuit diagrams, maintenance manuals, and qualification documents in Chinese/English
