Project Content ：To establish and operate a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) intended to provide a flexible and timely framework for procuring traction materials and spare parts to meet the actual operational needs of the contracting authority, Plzeň City Public Transport Company, particularly for the period 2026-2029. The contracting authority will issue specific purchase orders under this system.
