Project Background: The project aims to construct a ground-mounted photovoltaic power plant to generate electricity from renewable sources to offset the project owner's own electricity consumption.

Project Objective: To complete a turnkey project for a photovoltaic power plant with a total nominal power of 0.205 MW, enabling its successful grid connection.

Contract Type: Works

CPV Code: 09331200 (Photovoltaic solar modules)

Additional CPV Codes: 31172000 (Voltage transformers), 45255400 (Assembly works), 45317200 (Electrical installation work of transformers)

Specifications and Project Scope: The project is a complete turnkey photovoltaic power plant, specifically including the following:

Supply and Installation of Photovoltaic Panels: Supply and install high-efficiency photovoltaic panels with a minimum power of 410 W per panel, achieving a total installed capacity of 0.205 MW.

Supply and Installation of Inverters: Supply and install 4 three-phase inverters, specifically configured as 3 units of 50 kW inverters and 1 unit of 60 kW inverter, with an inverter efficiency requirement of up to 98%.

Transformer: Includes the supply and installation of a PY 20/0.4 KV type transformer.

Electrical System: Use dedicated solar cables to connect photovoltaic panel strings to inverters; centralize inverter outputs to a specially designed distribution board; finally connect the power plant to the public distribution grid.

Civil and Structural Works: Install prefabricated ground support structures to secure photovoltaic panels; construct access paths for maintenance personnel; build fencing consisting of wire mesh and 50x50x3 square steel posts 3 meters long (1 meter embedded in the ground), installed in 70x70x80 cm plain concrete isolated foundations.

Auxiliary Facilities: Supply and install 5 distribution boards; install LED lighting system around the fence perimeter; configure video surveillance cameras for monitoring the entire power plant area; includes communication modules and smart meters.

Place of Performance: Botiz Commune, Satu Mare County, Romania

Estimated Duration: 4 months

Extension Options: Maximum number of renewals: 0

Estimated Value (excl. VAT): 1,625,005.00 Romanian Leu

Procurement Quantity: Construction of a ground-mounted photovoltaic power plant with a total power of 0.205 MW, including high-efficiency photovoltaic panels with a minimum power of 410 W (specific quantity calculated based on total power), 3 units of 50 kW and 1 unit of 60 kW three-phase inverters, 1 unit of PY 20/0.4 KV transformer, 5 distribution boards, smart meters, communication modules, and a full set of civil and auxiliary facilities.
