Project Description: This tender is for a turnkey construction project of optical fiber networks in three regions: Sotkamo (managed by Sikaverkko Cooperative), Viitasaari, and Liperi (managed by Karelnet Ltd). The buyer seeks a main contractor responsible for building a complete, functional optical fiber network from scratch.

Project Scope: Includes but is not limited to: 1. All construction works for the optical fiber network; 2. Supply of all materials and equipment required for the project; 3. Responsibility for applying for and obtaining all necessary permits for network installation from landowners and relevant government authorities; 4. Comprehensive project management duties, including schedule, quality, and cost control; 5. Supervision of the entire construction process to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
