Project Scope: This project is a tender by the Joint-Stock Company "Fergana Regional Power Grid Enterprise" for the procurement of one 40000 kVA power transformer for the electrical installation project of the "Kuvasoy" branch. This procurement is part of the overall construction project for the "New 2x40 MVA Substation and 14 km 110 kV Overhead Transmission Line in the Kokand Free Economic Zone". According to the conclusions of the comprehensive expert group, the overall project also includes the construction of a new 110/35/10 kV substation, construction of 14 km of double-circuit 110 kV overhead line, installation of related protection, control, and measurement equipment, construction of auxiliary facilities, etc.

Scope of Services: The bidder is responsible for supplying a complete power transformer meeting the technical specifications, including necessary ancillary equipment and accessories. The specific scope may include but is not limited to: equipment manufacturing, factory testing, packaging, transportation to the designated delivery point, provision of technical documentation, guidance for installation and commissioning, provision of quality guarantee and after-sales service.
