The generator's stator and rotor, seated bearings, and exciter are installed as a single unit, with the cooler shipped separately, eliminating the need for rotor centering on-site. This structure is easy to install and debug, and there is no need to build a cooler chamber. However, it is heavier and more expensive than the traditional type. The four-pole steam turbine generator produced by our company mainly adopts this structure, typically used for generator sets of 30 MW and above.
