The YZYKK series positive pressure enclosure-type high-voltage high efficiency three-phase asynchronous motor is an explosion-proof series product designed and manufactured by our company, incorporating international advanced technology and our decades of experience in producing high-voltage motors. This product's efficiency rating meets the high-efficiency standards of the national People's Livelihood Project, has the advantages of compact structure, lightweight, high efficiency, energy-saving, low noise, low vibration, high reliability, long service life, and easy installation and maintenance. Its positive pressure explosion-proof technology is a domestic first, and the motor uses internationally renowned ventilation and leakage compensation systems. This ensures that combustible gases inside the motor are effectively displaced during startup (otherwise, the device sends an interlock signal preventing the motor from starting). The device then gives a start signal, and the motor automatically enters leakage compensation mode. During operation, the compensation system automatically maintains the appropriate pressure inside the motor casing, preventing combustible gases from entering. If there is a low pressure or loss of pressure state, and normal leakage compensation cannot be ensured, the system will automatically alarm, cut off the power supply, or issue a warning. These measures further enhance the motor’s reliability, achieving a perfect combination of automatic control and comprehensive protection.
