This advancement upgrades the traditional spring mechanism to a monostable magnetic control mechanism, combining the advantages of the permanent magnet mechanism for closing and the spring mechanism for opening. This achieves an optimal match between the mechanism characteristics and vacuum interrupter breaking technology. The magnetic control switch boasts a total operating time of <40ms, with opening and closing time dispersion of <0.5ms. Coupled with the 300ms protection delay of the substation outlet switch, it enables five-level differential (75ms) feeder automation protection. The magnetic control switch adopts full integration technology and a minimalist structural design for integrated molding, reducing the number of components to 20% of traditional spring-operated mechanism circuit breakers and the total weight to <80kg, significantly minimizing on-site installation workload.
