This product is a high-efficiency foaming agent used for earth pressure balance (EPB) shield tunneling construction. During the shield tunneling process, the foaming agent, after being foamed and injected into the earth pressure chamber, can improve the flowability of the excavated soil, significantly reduce the internal friction angle and cohesion of the soil, and enhance its flow properties. This effectively reduces wear on the cutter head, screw conveyor, and conveyor belt, prevents clogging, and facilitates muck removal. It also reduces leakage and increases the compaction of the working face, thus providing uniform and controllable support pressure to ensure the stability of the working face.
