Features

Safe and Reliable Locking:
Metal armored and fully enclosed structure.
Electric field balancing measures are used, and the main conductor is insulated with heat-shrinkable materials, offering high insulation performance.
The low-voltage compartment and various high-voltage compartments are independently isolated.
Uses a fast switching alarm grounding switch for grounding, with the ability to close short-circuit currents.
All equipment operations, including circuit breaker opening/closing, insertion/removal of the circuit breaker truck, and opening/closing of the grounding switch, can be carried out with the door panel closed.
Equipped with a reliable locking device to effectively prevent operational errors.
The breaker’s opening and closing status, truck position, mechanism’s energy storage status, grounding switch position, and cable head connection can be easily observed through the front and rear observation windows of the door panel.

Highly Intelligent:
The shell protection grade is IP4X, preventing dirt and small animals from entering.
The vacuum circuit breaker truck is maintenance-free, and the accompanying operating mechanism requires minimal maintenance.
The truck has good interchangeability, making circuit breaker replacement very convenient.
The secondary circuit is installed in spacious cable trays, which are aesthetically pleasing and easy to inspect.

Wide Adaptability:
Suitable for cable and busbar entry/exit or mixed cable and busbar entry/exit, eliminating personal safety risks to operators from unauthorized access.
Prevents accidental consequences caused by control device misoperation.
Compatible with various conventional cable heads.
Multiple cables can be connected in parallel.

Normal Operating Conditions

Environmental Conditions:
A) Ambient temperature: Maximum temperature: +40°C, minimum temperature: -25°C, with an average temperature over 24 hours not exceeding 35°C.
B) Daily average relative humidity not exceeding 95%; monthly average relative humidity not exceeding 90%.
C) Altitude not exceeding 1000m.
D) Surrounding air should not be significantly polluted by dust, smoke, corrosive and flammable gases, vapors, or salt spray.
E) Vibration or ground movement outside the switchgear and control equipment should be negligible.

Special Operating Conditions:
If the operating environment exceeds the normal conditions specified in GB/T11022, our company and the user can negotiate and agree on special operating conditions beyond the normal operational range.
To prevent condensation, the switchgear is equipped with a heater. The heater should be activated when the switchgear is in standby mode and should be kept running during normal operation.
