Product Introduction

Addressing the challenge of excessive fluoride ions in fields such as mineral mining and processing, lithium battery recycling, and fine chemicals, Chonfar has developed the ZLCF series of agents based on mechanisms like electrostatic adsorption, complex coordination, and flocculation precipitation. These agents are precisely tailored to meet the needs of various operating conditions.

[ZLCF-A Series]: Suitable for compliant discharge of wastewater from mineral mining and processing. Targeting wastewater from lead-zinc mines, fluorite mines, and similar operations (fluoride ion concentration >10ppm), it offers lower costs, faster reaction, and higher efficiency compared to traditional calcium salt agents. It can stably reduce fluoride ions to below 5ppm. Currently, it has been applied on a large scale in the compliant discharge project for tailings wastewater at Hongyuan Chemical.

[ZLCF-B Series]: Designed for targeted fluoride removal in wastewater from lithium battery recycling. Specifically developed for recycling scenarios involving ternary lithium batteries and lithium iron phosphate batteries, it is non-toxic, safe, and introduces impurities at ≤0.1ppm. Its fluoride removal efficiency reaches "1mg fluoride/<50mg agent," meeting the high-purity requirements of lithium battery materials. It has completed on-site trials at related enterprises in Guizhou and Hubei, contributing to the green upgrading of the lithium battery circular economy.

[ZLCF-C Series]: Suitable for effective fluoride removal in high-fluoride wastewater. Targeting MVR concentrated water and reverse osmosis concentrated water (where fluoride ion concentrations can reach hundreds of ppm after enrichment), it breaks through the "20ppm bottleneck" of traditional agents, reducing fluoride ions to within 10ppm or even lower. Multiple industrial site trials have met expected targets, providing critical technical support for the reuse or compliant discharge of high-salt, high-fluoride wastewater.
