The MCL-AH series pumps are cantilever horizontal centrifugal slurry pumps specially designed for conveying abrasive, high-concentration slurry conditions. This series offers strong adaptability, complete overall lining structure, and can be paired with various shaft seal and lining combination solutions, allowing customized configurations according to the customer's specific on-site operating conditions. Key features of the MCL-AH slurry pump:
  1. The impeller is equipped with rubber elastomer or high-chrome alloy back vanes to provide centrifugal driving force for the slurry;
  2. The pump outer casing adopts a split cast iron structure, housing wear-resistant linings that can withstand high operating pressures;
  3. Large-diameter pump shaft combined with short cantilever structure minimizes shaft deflection and equipment vibration;
  4. Heavy-duty roller bearings are integrated into a fully withdrawable bearing assembly for easy maintenance and replacement.
