The subway slag discharge gantry crane is a special gantry lifting equipment designed for subway construction scenarios, also known as slag discharge gantry crane or slag discharge portal crane. It is mainly used for tunnel slag lifting, turning and dumping, and segment lifting. The lifting capacity is usually 45-50 tons, the lifting height can reach 100 meters, and the working class is mostly heavy duty.
Type test specification: MGC
Type test product name: General gantry crane
Advantages/Core functions:
Core functions include slag transfer and dumping: Through special spreaders (hanging beams, slag turning hooks) combined with hydraulic turning mechanisms, the slag hopper can be lifted, traversed and automatically turned for dumping; Multi-working condition adaptation: The trolley can rotate 180° to adjust the slag discharge direction. The crane adopts 8-wheel 4-drive form, equipped with windproof rail clamps and ground anchors to ensure construction stability.
The crane can change span according to requirements, and the span change function adapts to different construction sites.
Key components (such as forged wheels, drum-shaped tooth couplings, steel plate rolled drums, etc.) have low failure rates, and are equipped with multiple safety devices (overload protection, travel limit, buffers, wind protection).
