Product Introduction

Aovita robot tool changers provide robots with the ability to automatically change end-of-arm tools. They consist of a main body and functional modules. The main body is divided into a master plate and a tool plate based on its mounting position (the one mounted on the robot is called the master plate, and the one mounted on the end-of-arm tool is called the tool plate). The main body bears the load of the robot's end-of-arm tool. Functional modules are mounted on the main body to provide pathways for power, communication, compressed air, hydraulic fluid, and other media to the robot's end-of-arm tool. They are divided into master plate-side functional modules and tool plate-side functional modules based on whether they are mounted on the master plate or the tool plate.
Robot tool changers provide industrial robots with the ability to automatically change end-of-arm tools, enabling a single industrial robot to perform multiple tasks.
