The suction and discharge crane for baking is a specialized crane serving the anode carbon block baking process in the aluminum electrolysis sector of the carbon industry. It integrates functions such as suction and discharge of packing materials, dust collection and conveying, and repositioning of baking equipment, effectively improving the production efficiency of the anode baking workshop, greatly enhancing the workshop working environment, and reducing labor intensity. Crane working class: A6-A8, suction and discharge capacity: 40-80 m³/h, dust emission concentration: ≤ 10mg/N m³. The crane travel, material pipe lifting, and clamp lifting adopt variable frequency speed control, with the entire vehicle controlled by a PLC intelligent system.
