System Composition
The "Tiebiding + Tubiding" Waterproofing Service System (formerly the Zero-Defect Waterproofing Service System) is accountable for project outcomes. The system encompasses all stages of waterproofing engineering, including engineering design, material production, on-site construction, post-construction maintenance, and insurance coverage.
The construction method of the "Tiebiding + Tubiding" Waterproofing Service System primarily adopts: Tubiding rubber asphalt waterproof coating + Tiebiding self-adhesive waterproof membrane.
The system combines coating and membrane, firmly bonded to the substrate, forming a "skin-type" waterproofing system. As an integrated whole with complementary advantages, it adapts to substrate deformation and exhibits strong self-healing performance, effectively preventing water channeling and reducing leakage risks.
Scope of Application
The "Tiebiding + Tubiding" Waterproofing Service System can be widely applied in waterproofing, seepage control, and moisture protection projects for basements and roofs of industrial and civil buildings, as well as subways, tunnels, and water reservoirs.
System Advantages
Currently, China adopts a 5-year warranty period and a 3% quality retention fund system for the quality management of building waterproofing projects. Within the 5-year warranty period, leakage only requires repair without bearing any additional liability, turning the warranty period and quality retention fund into a license for leakage. In 2014, our company, together with Taiping Property & Casualty Insurance, launched the "Tiebiding + Tubiding" Waterproofing Service System, which is also the first waterproofing service system in the industry to include waterproofing project quality assurance insurance.
