Product Introduction

◇ Product Introduction

911-P Bonding Polyurethane Waterproof Coating is a reactive two-component polymer waterproof coating, consisting of Part A and Part B. Part A is a prepolymer produced by polymerization of polyether polyols and isocyanates, while Part B is refined from curing agents, catalysts, fillers, and various other additives. This material contains no added solvents or plasticizers during production, making it safe and environmentally friendly. In use, Parts A and B are directly mixed in a specified ratio and stirred evenly, then applied to the substrate, after which membrane sheets can be directly adhered to it, forming a complete waterproofing system.

◇ Product Features

● Green and environmentally friendly: No added solvents, safe and eco-friendly.

● Coating-membrane composite: Can be applied simultaneously with membrane sheets for durable bonding.

● Excellent performance: Features high elongation, high resilience, fatigue resistance, aging resistance, and strong deformation resistance.

● Good weatherability: Excellent heat resistance and good low-temperature performance, adaptable to climate variations in both hot and cold regions.

● Dual functionality: This product can be used independently as a waterproof coating layer or combined with membrane sheets to form a coating-membrane composite system.

◇ Packaging Specifications

Part A: 20kg/container

Part B: 20kg/container

◇ Reference Consumption

When the coating film thickness is 1.0mm, the consumption is approximately 1.3–1.8kg/m². The actual consumption depends on substrate conditions.

◇ Scope of Application

Suitable for non-exposed waterproofing projects such as roofs, exterior walls, basements, balconies, kitchens, bathrooms, and pools. Particularly suitable for waterproofing systems combining coating and membrane layers.
