the "etc" series bucket elevators and conveyors have been designed for the optimum handling of loose products and ensure product integrity without breakage, contamination or leakage. the models are available with one of m......the "etc" series bucket elevators and conveyors have been designed for the optimum handling of loose products and ensure product integrity without breakage, contamination or leakage. the models are available with one of more loading and unloading stations. the products are transported along both horizontal and vertical sections, and must be fed evenly at the loading point to guarantee homogenous transport in respect of the needs of the client. along the upper horizontal section, the buckets that transport the product are emptied by fixed or electro-pneumatic unloading systems. highly-evolved constructive configuration permits operation even in reduced space. the support structure is built in sturdy bent and painted carbon steel plate or in aisi 304 stainless steel at the request of the client. the structures modular system permits the sections of the elevator to be lengthened, shortened, raised or lowered without the slightest problem. depending on the type of product to be handled, the chains can be supplied in carbon steel, zinc-plated steel, or stainless steel with kanningen treatment (the ideal solution for food-processing). all chains can be easily cleaned and lubricated. the chains slide inside special nylon sections (also provided with special treatments for food-processing), and clients can also request special sanitisable sections for the reduced deposit of dust and powder required by particular food-processing and powdered product industries. the load capacities range from 2.1 m3/h for the etc 21 machine model to 30m3/h for the etc 300 machine model.
