CIMC-GH series of lightweight large electrolyzers has achieved commercial application of 1500Nm³/h hydrogen production. It has the following performance advantages:
Lightweight: current density 4000A/m2, number of chambers about 230. The electrolyzer body is only about 40 tons.
High stability: the pole frame is thicker than other similar products in the industry, the internal flow cross-sectional area of ​​the electrolysis chamber is large, and the electrolyte circulation cooling is sufficient, so that each electrolysis chamber has good temperature consistency and uniform thermal expansion and contraction. It will not let the temperature of individual chambers be too high, causing deformation and failure of the electrolyzer.
Long life: the electrolysis chamber is light (less than 30 tons), and the sealing gasket has a light load, which makes the electrolyzer overhaul cycle longer and stable for more than ten years.
