Product Overview:

The solar box switching station is designed to house the switchgear and monitoring communication equipment for the photovoltaic grid-connected power generation system, all installed and tested within a movable, sealed, moisture-proof, rust-proof, and insulated double-layer casing. This setup facilitates the grid control, data collection, and remote transmission functions of the photovoltaic power generation system. Compared to traditional on-site substations, the solar box switching station offers lower costs, smaller footprint, higher integration, easy installation and debugging, and an aesthetically pleasing design. It is particularly suitable for the construction of large photovoltaic grid-connected systems in complex environments such as deserts, tidal flats, high altitudes, and extremely cold regions. The product is designed according to national and international standards and is suitable for shipping in separate containers. With a specially designed thermal bridge isolation and Peltier dust-free cooling system, it ensures constant temperature and humidity in the monitoring room.

1. Altitude: Up to 1000m (special instructions required for altitudes exceeding 1000m)
2. Operating Temperature: Maximum temperature not exceeding +45℃; minimum temperature not lower than -35℃
3. Relative Humidity: Daily average relative humidity of 95% or less; monthly average relative humidity of 90% or less
4. Outdoor Wind Speed: Not exceeding 700Pa (equivalent to wind speed of 34m/s)
5. Seismic Intensity: Not exceeding 8 degrees
6. Location Conditions: No fire or explosion hazards; free from severe pollution and chemical corrosion.
