Condenser

The condenser is a heat exchange device that turns the steam exhausted from the driving steam turbine into condensed water after work. After the steam completes an expansion process in the steam turbine, the exhaust volume is sharply reduced during the condensation process, and a high vacuum is formed in the space originally filled with steam. The condensed water is transported to the boiler through the condensate pump via the feed water heater, feed water pump, etc., thereby ensuring the continuous operation of the entire thermal cycle. In order to prevent the increase of oxygen content in the condensate and cause pipeline corrosion, a vacuum deaerator is also installed in the steamer of a large-capacity steam turbine.
