The AE195 is a medium format 384 x 256 focal plane array designed for imaging camera systems. It’s configuration allows easy integration into two of the most common display formats (320 x 240 or 256 x 256). The 25 μm detector combines high-response, excellent operability, and superior MTF to deliver unsurpassed IR imagery with minimal system correction requirements. This device features snapshot-mode integration while reading out very flexible programmable regions of interest or "windows." The user may select the size of the window with command interfaces. The MWIR InSb focal plane array provides excellent operability and uniformity over a wide-background range.
