On February 26, the National Development Agency (NDA) under Haftar's control announced that preparatory work and construction have commenced for the Rose Palace Hotel project located opposite Sabha Airport. Owned by the NDA, this hotel project is one of its key investment initiatives and is being implemented by the Turkish construction company Nova Global. The statement indicated that the project aims to enhance urban service infrastructure and promote local economic development.

The Rose Palace Hotel project includes a fully-equipped hotel building featuring suites, reception areas, conference rooms, service kitchens, and administrative offices. It also encompasses complete mechanical and electrical systems and landscape design, with all facilities meeting modern hotel standards. The NDA stated that this project represents a significant step forward in accordance with modern facility standards to meet urban development needs, and the related construction work will be strictly executed according to plan.

Located in Sabha, this hotel project is being constructed by the Turkish company Nova Global, with construction work covering the main structure and installation of supporting facilities. In its statement, the NDA expressed that upon completion, the project will help improve the city's service capacity and support local economic and tourism activities. As one of the agency's important investment projects, the construction of the Rose Palace Hotel marks new progress in local infrastructure development.
