According to the announcement, the procurement scope is for 314Ah lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery cells, with an estimated procurement quantity of 19,710,000 units, resulting in a total calculated capacity of approximately 19.8GWh.

Regarding the specific qualification requirements for bidders:

1. The original battery cell manufacturer's annual production capacity for 314Ah cells must be no less than 5GWh. Proof materials such as feasibility study reports or a list of supply performance records for the year 2025 must be provided; the production capacity of companies within the same battery cell internal group can be accumulated, provided that materials such as equity certificates proving affiliation with the same group are submitted.

2. The respondent must have a supply performance record of no less than 2GWh for 314Ah power energy storage battery cells from January 1, 2023, up to the response deadline. Contracts or invoices must be provided as proof materials.

3. Only one responding entity per brand is allowed to participate in the same tender section.

4. The lithium iron phosphate single cells provided by the respondent must meet the relevant requirements of GB/T36276-2023. A complete type test report for the GB/T36276-2023 version must be provided.

5. Responses with negative deviations are not accepted.

Furthermore, responses from consortiums and agents are not accepted.

This procurement does not accept respondents entrusting intermediaries or middlemen to handle response matters on their behalf.
