Total Project Investment: Total investment of RMB 20,858,011,900, of which environmental investment is RMB 1.667 billion, accounting for 8.0% of the project construction investment.
Construction Content: The project construction includes main engineering, storage and transportation engineering, public utilities, environmental protection engineering, and supporting projects. It mainly involves the construction of 13 production units, including: 3×75,000 Nm³/h oxygen air separation units (2 steam-driven, one electric-driven), 2.2 million t/a methanol unit (with gasification, shift & heat recovery, and purification for 657,000 Nm³/h effective gas (CO+H2)), 20,000 t/a sulfur recovery unit, 2.2 million t/a methanol-to-olefins unit, 800,000 t/a olefin separation unit, 50,000 t/a steam cracking unit, 15,000 t/a C4 to 1-butene unit, 450,000 t/a polypropylene (PP) unit, and 450,000 t/a polyethylene (PE) unit.
