Wedoany.com Report-Dec 06,The Blavinge partnership between Fred Olsen Seawind and Hafslund has opted not to participate in Norway’s upcoming floating tender.
The developers did not give a reason for the decision. However, they said they still considered offshore wind in Norwegian waters with connections to other countries to be “value-creating” and pledged to “both collectively and individually monitor further developments”.
The 1.5GW Utsira Nord auction has been hit by a series of delays and in March this year was put back to 2025 by the Norwegian Ministry of Energy.
