According to Hou Zongfang, the core content of the "Six Ones" project includes: First, a commercial humanoid robot intelligent manufacturing base will be established in Shanghai, with a future annual production capacity expected to exceed 3,000 units, making it a crucial large-scale production base for UBTECH in China. Second, an Embodied AI Application Research Institute focused on industrial application transformation will be built in Shanghai, concentrating on the practical implementation of robot technology in real-world scenarios. Third, UBTECH plans to locate its global brand headquarters in Shanghai to strengthen its brand operations and strategic coordination capabilities in the global market. Fourth, an entrepreneurial incubation platform will be established in Shanghai to attract and nurture startup teams in the embodied AI field. Fifth, the company plans to cooperate with state-owned platforms in Shanghai to jointly launch an industrial technology development fund targeting the robotics sector, with a primary focus on enterprises related to the embodied AI industry. Sixth, Hou Zongfang has not yet disclosed details of the sixth project but stated it will create synergistic effects with the other projects.
