Analyzing national and Qinghai provincial policies and development trends for concentrated solar power, verifying resource endowment, comparing and selecting technical routes, demonstrating the feasibility of CSP site selection, analyzing CSP plant construction (including grid connection capability), application scenario analysis, socio-economic benefit analysis, policy compliance alignment, ecological safety assessment, and being responsible for the conclusions in the report.
