Wedoany.com Report on Mar 17th, U.S. crop science company Stimera recently announced the appointment of Lon E. Kreger as Chief Executive Officer, aiming to accelerate the global commercialization of its molecular fertilizer technology. Formerly known as BioAge, this personnel change signifies a strategic shift in the company's focus from product validation and early market development to broader commercial growth.
According to the company statement, Kreger will oversee global business expansion, while founder and president Reuben R. Rampersad will continue to focus on product development and innovation. This leadership transition coincides with Stimera's shift from regional product development to a broader global commercialization strategy.
Stimera has developed a patent-pending molecular foliar fertilizer designed to make nutrients perform more like biostimulants. Its flagship product, Nitro-Gro, works by altering the molecular structure of nutrient inputs, enabling faster entry into plant leaves, stimulating electrochemical nutrient transport, and accelerating plant metabolism.
Company materials indicate that the goal of this technology platform is to increase crop yields by approximately 30%, shorten crop cycles by up to two weeks, and achieve a return on investment of up to five times within a single growing season. Stimera plans to distribute its products through agricultural retailers, distributors, and manufacturing partners.
