en.Wedoany.com Report on Mar 23rd, The Australian mineral exploration company Verity Resources announced on March 22, 2026, that its Monument gold project in the Laverton Gold Belt of Western Australia has confirmed through regional drilling that gold mineralization extends along strike for approximately 7 kilometers, ranging from the Korong prospect in the south to the Perseverance prospect in the north.

The latest drilling at the Perseverance prospect has, for the first time, confirmed Banded Iron Formation (BIF)-hosted gold mineralization, intersecting 2 meters at 1.24 g/t gold from 86 meters and 2 meters at 0.73 g/t gold from 66 meters. The Triton prospect revealed shallow secondary gold mineralization, with intercepts including 12 meters at 0.33 g/t gold from 20 meters and 12 meters at 0.25 g/t gold from 36 meters. The project has delineated a prospective mineralized belt approximately 20 kilometers long, with only about 10% of the area systematically drilled. The current inferred resource stands at 154,000 ounces.

These results validate the potential of the Monument project's regional mineralizing system. The company plans to update its resource estimate in April 2026 and conduct reverse circulation drilling at the Triton prospect in the first half of the year to test for deep primary mineralization potential.
