Building on years of experience, the company has expanded into the healthcare and nutraceutical markets.

Bericap's product portfolio focuses on tamper evidence, lightweight structures, and sustainable materials, such as post-consumer resin (PCR) closures for non-food applications. Its multi-level anti-counterfeiting platform allows customers to customize strategies, combining physical and digital protection elements. Closures can be embedded with raster images or structures to increase complexity and are equipped with integrated QR codes for digital authenticity checks via mobile apps, enabling real-time supply chain tracking. These innovations help customers navigate regulatory environments and maintain consumer trust.

To address sustainability requirements and consumer expectations, Bericap presents advanced beverage closure products. Key developments include the new RefPET series, which supports refillable packaging. The portable beverage sports cap series, designed for one-handed use and high flow rates, is now in full industrial production. The one-piece Biarritz cap and the two-piece premium Monet cap are suitable for aseptic filling and are made from single-material HDPE to support higher recyclability. The expanded beverage portfolio offers versatile plastic and aluminum closure options for water, soft drinks, and juices, meeting diverse market needs.

Bericap provides a wide range of closure solutions for the wine and spirits industry, including aluminum and plastic options, ensuring product integrity and enhancing brand differentiation through customizable designs and diverse printing, embossing, and finishing options. In the food sector, the Evo series for the edible oil market is weight-optimized to improve recyclability, featuring integrated tamper evidence with no loose parts. For dairy and carton packaging, the Clean Cap 23 and Clip Cap 23 tethering versions offer user-friendly solutions, complemented by the new Clean Cap 27 and Clip Cap 27 closures that provide larger pouring capacities.

Thomas Lötzke, Market Coordinator for Metal Containers, stated: "It is truly gratifying to be part of Bericap's long history. Our pioneering inventions, such as the P2 closure—still the market standard for metal cans today—embody our commitment to precise performance and safety. Under the motto 'Possibilities are endless,' we celebrate some important milestones from the past 100 years, but more importantly, how Bericap contributes to the future of the various industries we serve." Bericap's packaging innovations will demonstrate its ability to adapt to market changes at interpack 2026.
