en.Wedoany.com Repor, On March 25, China General Nuclear Power (Golmud) Energy Development Co., Ltd. initiated a public procurement for the concentrating solar power system of the CGN New Energy Qinghai Golmud 350MW CSP demonstration (pilot) project.

Project Scale: The CGN Golmud 350MW CSP demonstration (pilot) project is located in Wutumeiren Township, Golmud City, Haixi Prefecture, Qinghai Province. The site is adjacent to the S318 Gemang Line to the north, and approximately 170km east are National Highway G109 and the G3011 Liuge Expressway, providing convenient transportation. The current site is a desertified Gobi, featuring open, flat terrain with no obstructions. The overall topography slopes from southwest to northeast, with a natural ground elevation of approximately 2862m to 2888m.

Tendering Content and Scope: Procurement of the tower concentrating solar power system for the "CGN Golmud 350MW CSP Demonstration (Pilot) Project".

The supply scope for the concentrating solar power system of this project includes: equipment supply within the bidder's scope, system design, equipment structure design, installation guidance, commissioning (including individual unit commissioning and subsystem commissioning), testing, and a 2-year period of operation, maintenance, and repair work.

The bidder shall provide the necessary equipment for the safe operation, start-up/shutdown, or maintenance of the heliostats, the solar field, and the receiver, and shall also supply random spare parts and special tools required for the 2-year operation period.

The assembly workshop is a temporary structure, for which the bidder holds full responsibility. The bidder shall design and construct the foundation and superstructure. The design, construction, installation, and commissioning of the water supply, heating, electricity, and production lines within the assembly workshop (at least 3 assembly workshops with 3 production lines, meeting the project schedule requirements) are all the responsibility of the bidder.

The bidder shall provide free-of-charge repair and replacement for the supplied receiver throughout its entire lifecycle.

The bidder shall provide performance software for the concentrating solar power system. (To be provided in encapsulated form during the bidding stage.)

The bidder shall provide three-dimensional model design files (PDMS) for the supplied equipment and systems within the scope.

Planned Delivery Date: The first batch of equipment for the heliostat assembly production line and the receiver is expected to be delivered by October 30, 2026. The delivery schedule and sequence of equipment must meet the requirements of the project schedule. The final delivery date will be as notified by the tenderee upon receipt of notice by the bidder.
