en.Wedoany.com Report on Mar 27th, Amcor has recently invested in developing the new airless dispensing system, Magic One.

The Magic One airless dispenser features a single-engine design, with a dosage range from 0.3 ml to 1 ml, and supports various capacities and styles. This design allows manufacturers to conveniently customize dispensers, accelerating time-to-market and facilitating the development of product families. The single-engine structure also means companies need to conduct validation testing only once for all variants of Magic One, simplifying the process.

The dispenser complies with the European Union's Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) standards. It is made entirely of polyolefins and is recyclable in countries with appropriate recycling facilities. Its 96% recyclability rate meets the PPWR's recyclability requirements. Magic One is approximately 9% lighter than Amcor's other airless dispensers and can incorporate recycled polymers from Amcor's proprietary CleanStream recycling technology.

Amcor states that Magic One provides excellent product protection for consumers, ensuring formula integrity and efficacy, and enables precise dosing at any angle. The 96% recyclability rate helps reduce waste of high-value products. The dispenser is lightweight and easy to use, featuring a lockable dispensing pump suitable for on-the-go use. Its high-quality appearance and multiple decoration options support brand personalization, enhancing shelf appeal and premium image.

Lara Alemany, Global Product Line Director for Rigid Packaging Solutions at Amcor, said: "Airless packaging is a significant growth area in the beauty and personal care market, thanks to its product protection and controlled dispensing advantages. Our new Magic One dispenser combines aesthetic design, a positive consumer experience, and flexibility to meet the needs of both manufacturers and consumers, while complying with PPWR regulations."

Amcor is commissioning a new production line for the Magic One dispenser at its Lohne plant in Germany, with the first deliveries expected to be completed in early 2027.
