It is also China's first offshore mobile multi-function workover platform. The platform is a self-elevating type with four legs, with an overall length of 62.4m, an overall width of 43.2m, and a deck area of 1400 square meters, exceeding the size of five standard tennis courts. Its depth is 5.8m, with a designed operating water depth of 5 to 40 meters. The platform has a total weight of over 7300 tons and a maximum operating water depth of 40m. It is equipped with a 4x2500T hydraulic pin jacking system. The main deck is fitted with 50T and 30T offshore cranes on both sides. The accommodation block is located at the bow, providing living conditions for 200 people. It integrates multiple production enhancement functions such as acidizing, fracturing, profile control, and heavy oil thermal recovery. 
The Chief Designer of the CSSC Wuhan Marine Machinery Technology Center explained that in response to the shipowner's diversified operational needs, the company's design team achieved multiple technological breakthroughs and successful implementations for the platform. They broke away from the traditional sequential workflow of detailed design and production design, establishing a front-loaded collaborative mechanism. During the detailed design phase, construction and process requirements from the production and building stages were incorporated into the plan in advance, effectively shortening the platform's technical preparation cycle and providing solid technical assurance for its delivery. The platform is equipped with intelligent and digital systems, enabling real-time monitoring of platform equipment status and remote operation and maintenance management.
