en.Wedoany.com Reported - Recently, under the guidance of the Information Technology Branch of the China National Coal Association, the Comprehensive Project Evaluation Department of Guoneng Economic and Technological Research Institute Co., Ltd., in collaboration with the Digital and Economic Institute of China Coal Industry Planning and Design Institute Co., Ltd., completed a pilot enterprise-level digital transformation maturity assessment for Guoneng Beidian Shengli Energy Co., Ltd. Chen Yangcai, Deputy Secretary-General of the China National Coal Association, Yao Yun, Party Committee Member and Deputy General Manager of Guoneng Economic and Technological Research Institute, as well as relevant experts from Peking University, China University of Mining and Technology (Beijing), and other institutions participated in the pilot assessment work. Meng Feng, Party Secretary and Chairman of Beidian Shengli, along with responsible comrades from major departments, attended the pilot assessment kick-off meeting and results briefing session.
This pilot assessment was based on the "Digital Transformation Management - Reference Architecture" (GB/T 45341-2025), "Integration of Informatization and Industrialization - Digital Transformation - Value and Benefit Reference Model" (GB/T 23011-2022), "Digital Transformation - Maturity Model" (T/AIITRE 10004-2023), and "Digital Transformation Evaluation Specification for Coal Industry Enterprises" (T/AIITRE 11003-2025). Leveraging the results of the scientific and technological project "Evaluation Indicators and Methods for Digital Transformation of Coal Production Enterprises", it involved a detailed breakdown of the digitalization and intelligence evaluation domains for coal production enterprises, transforming them into specific, actionable, quantifiable, and traceable indicators.
Through this pilot assessment, the validity and credibility of the relevant scientific and technological project outcomes have been verified. This indicator system fills the gap in the detailed evaluation of digitalization and intelligence for coal production enterprises, laying the foundation for establishing a scientific and unified digitalization and intelligence evaluation system for coal producers. The pilot practice tested the scientific nature and operability of the indicator system, providing a practical basis for subsequent optimization, improvement, and industry-wide promotion. In the next step, the relevant units will optimize and improve the scientific and technological project indicator system based on pilot feedback, continuously expand the coverage of assessments, and promote the standardization and regular implementation of digital evaluation standards in the coal industry.
