The spatial layout of the production line breaks through traditional single-floor limitations, adopting a two-story three-dimensional structure closely coordinated with the building structure and industrial elevators. It covers the full-process automation from intelligent raw material storage, laser cutting, semi-finished product buffering to bending, welding, grinding, and assembly. The laser cutting unit consists of a BySmart Fiber laser cutting machine and a ByTrans Eco automatic loading and unloading system, capable of performing high-precision, high-speed complex cutting on various sheet materials.
The automatic bending unit adopts the ByCell Bend Smart high-precision bending system, which takes over batch workpieces after laser blanking and sorting. Through precise mechanical structures and intelligent control algorithms, it achieves stable processing of multi-angle complex bending. For small-batch or special-specification workpieces, the production line is also equipped with a ByBend Smart press brake, ensuring production continuity through flexible response.
The combination of the multi-row three-dimensional storage system ByStore Eco and cross-floor AGV trolleys significantly improves space utilization and enables precise material scheduling between various processes. The digital system serves as the brain of this intelligent sheet metal production line, integrating platforms such as MES, WMS/WCS, BySoft Plant Manager, BySoft Insight, BySoft CAD/CAM, and BySoft Cell Control. From drawing design, intelligent scheduling, and processing execution to quality monitoring, it connects the full-chain data, solving the management and control challenges of producing hundreds of part types in a single order.
Currently, this intelligent sheet metal production line has become a key capacity pillar for Neway CNC's Phase IV high-end intelligent equipment project.
