en.Wedoany.com Reported - The green, low-carbon resource utilization project with an investment of 300 million yuan by Henan Jinli Gold and Lead Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jinli Group") was officially ignited and put into operation recently. Cheng Quanming, Chairman and General Manager of Jinli Group, and Ma Jian, Chairman and General Manager of Hunan Juyin Trading Co., Ltd., attended the ceremony and ignited the project.

The project is jointly constructed by Jinli Group and Hunan Juyin Trading Co., Ltd. Once fully operational, it is expected to process 500,000 tons of smelting slag annually, recover 90,000 tons of iron concentrate powder and 15,000 tons of crude zinc oxide, achieve annual sales revenue of 500 million yuan, generate 100 million yuan in profits and taxes, and create over 200 jobs.

As a key nationally supported project, its process route primarily adopts rotary kiln magnetization reduction smelting technology for the deep treatment of zinc smelting slag. The production process incorporates refractory concentrates containing zinc, gold, and silver, as well as steel mill dust. Through enrichment and magnetic separation, valuable metals such as zinc, gold, silver, copper, and iron, along with carbon elements, are recovered, achieving comprehensive and effective recycling. The treated slag contains no heavy metals and can be directly used as raw material for building material production. The construction of this project represents Jinli Group's practice in implementing the "dual carbon" goals and green development, aiming to transform industrial waste slag into high-value-added "urban minerals." While solving the environmental issues of solid waste, it explores a high-quality development path prioritizing ecology and green, low-carbon principles.
