en.Wedoany.com Reported - NAiSE has entered into a cooperation agreement with Linde MH to integrate Linde MH's automated guided vehicles into the NAiSE intralogistics platform, aiming to promote flexible, efficient, and scalable intralogistics solutions for modern warehouses and production facilities. These AGVs have load capacities ranging from 1,200 kg to 2,300 kg and lift heights from 0 to 10 meters, covering a wide range of material handling tasks to meet the needs of modern industrial facilities requiring robots of different sizes and characteristics. After integration, mixed fleets of AGVs from different manufacturers can collaborate seamlessly, optimizing workflows and reducing operational complexity.

The AGV models added to the platform include the L-MATIC HD k, L-MATIC core, L-MATIC AC k, and R-MATIC k. Among them, the L-MATIC HD k has a load capacity of 1,600 kg, a maximum height of 3.5 meters, a top speed of 7.2 km/h, and uses hybrid navigation (LiDAR and reflectors) while following preset routes. The L-MATIC core has a load capacity of 1,200 kg, a maximum height of 1.84 meters, and also uses hybrid navigation and preset routes. The L-MATIC AC k has a load capacity of 1,400 kg, a maximum height of 3.8 meters, with the same navigation method. The R-MATIC k has a load capacity of 2,300 kg, a maximum height of 10 meters, and also uses hybrid navigation and preset routes. All models operate at a top speed of 7.2 km/h and are equipped with safety features such as 360° scanners, optical and acoustic signals, 2D laser curtains, emergency stops, and anti-collision systems. Each model can be optionally equipped with 1D/2D verification scanners and customized accessories based on the application scenario, with the L-MATIC AC k and R-MATIC k also offering optional cantilever fork trucks.

This integration addresses several practical challenges in intralogistics. Specifically, it includes: coordinating automated and manually operated vehicles through an independent, unbiased fleet control system; ensuring the same level of safety as Linde MH AGV manufacturer software in complex and dynamic environments; providing full operational transparency; and achieving interoperability by adhering to the VDA 5050 standard. Customers can benefit from the following advantages: automated task execution to optimize workflows and minimize manual intervention; real-time fleet coordination to ensure seamless collaboration among all vehicles; comprehensive operational visibility for clear insights into robot status, task progress, and efficiency information; and VDA 5050 interoperability for immediate compatibility with robots meeting this standard and future-proof integration capabilities. These features help industries deploy reliable robots that adapt to complex workflows while enhancing efficiency, safety, and scalability.

Louis Vieira, Head of Sales for Automation and Intralogistics at Linde MH Germany, stated that the collaboration with NAiSE around the VDA 5050 standard is direct and highly synergistic. Linde MH's AGVs are now fully integrated into the NAiSE intralogistics platform, allowing customers to choose an independent, unbiased fleet control system.
