en.Wedoany.com Reported - Recently, at the INSPIRE Innovator Conference held in Shanghai, Huawei Cloud launched a new Agentic Huawei Cloud portal called "Zhi Guo Yuan". This portal aggregates full-stack Agentic cloud services, a rich array of intelligent agents, and the capabilities of hundreds of models and thousands of large language models. Targeting enterprise intelligent agent development, cloud resource invocation, and application deployment, it further transforms the traditional cloud service portal into a new type of AI interaction portal driven by intent-based tasks.

The core positioning of "Zhi Guo Yuan" is to enable enterprise users to no longer use cloud resources solely based on product catalogs, console pages, and manual configuration processes. Instead, it leverages intelligent agents to understand requirements, decompose tasks, invoke cloud services, and complete deployments. Huawei Cloud disclosed that Zhi Guo Yuan fully Skill-ifies and CLI-ifies related capabilities, covering the entire process from intent understanding, function development, resource provisioning, to application deployment with intelligent agents, and provides on-demand, efficient Tokens services. For enterprise developers and government/enterprise customers, this signifies that the AI cloud portal is shifting from a "people find services, people configure resources" model to a "task-driven, intelligent agent orchestration, automatic cloud service collaboration" model. Especially when enterprise-level intelligent agents enter production environments, application building is no longer just about model invocation; it also involves computing power, storage, networking, security, permissions, monitoring, data access, and runtime environment orchestration. A unified portal can reduce the costs of switching between multiple systems and repeated configuration.

Zhi Guo Yuan forms a combined capability synchronously with Huawei Cloud's Zhiguo AgentArts enterprise-level intelligent agent platform. Zhiguo AgentArts has now entered public beta, and simultaneously launched the open-source version openJiuwen, whose kernel shares over 90% commonality with the enterprise version.

The context for this release is that Huawei Cloud has placed Agentic AI at the core of its cloud infrastructure upgrade. At the conference, Huawei Cloud formally proposed the new Agentic Infra paradigm, focusing on four directions: efficient Token factory, continuous learning, integrated general-purpose and AI computing scheduling, and secure autonomy. Supporting releases include the AICS Lingqu AI Computing Cluster, the AMS Agentic Memory Storage Solution, the CCE Volcano Next Scheduling Engine, and the AgentSphere Intelligent Agent Runtime Environment. The AICS Lingqu AI Computing Cluster targets ultra-large-scale clusters of 100,000+ cards, with a total computing power reaching 200 EFLOPS and compressing Token generation latency to under 10 milliseconds; AMS supports long-duration tasks and continuous learning through contextual memory storage and hierarchical KV Cache pooling; CCE Volcano Next improves the utilization rate of mixed general-purpose and AI computing resources through shared training/inference pools and fragment consolidation; AgentSphere provides an environment for batch deployment and secure operation of intelligent agents. These underlying capabilities provide Zhi Guo Yuan with a cloud service foundation that can be invoked, combined, and automatically delivered by intelligent agents, enabling enterprise intelligent agents to evolve from demonstration applications to long-duration task execution and production-grade operation.

Huawei Cloud also released the new-generation ModelArts Next model training and inference platform, offering capabilities such as reinforcement learning services, confidential inference, model routing, and model matrix, and integrating multiple cutting-edge large models. If Zhi Guo Yuan becomes the unified upper-layer portal, it will integrate model selection, task orchestration, intelligent agent operation, cloud resource delivery, and security governance into a single interaction flow. When enterprises build intelligent customer service, software development agents, industrial quality inspection agents, research assistants, and internal process automation systems, they can invoke different models and cloud services based on task characteristics, reducing engineering gaps between models and applications.

Security capabilities have also been incorporated into this Agentic AI product system. Huawei Cloud released a security solution for Agentic AI, covering intelligent agent security, model security, and Agentic infrastructure security, and launched a data security zone and AI confidential computing solution, supporting scenarios such as confidential inference, confidential pre-training, and confidential federated learning. As intelligent agents begin to access enterprise data, execute automated operations, and connect multiple business systems, security boundaries, permission isolation, runtime observability, and data sovereignty will become key conditions determining whether enterprises are willing to deploy intelligent agents at scale. The subsequent effectiveness of Zhi Guo Yuan will depend on its ability to stably orchestrate complex cloud services, security capabilities, and industry application scenarios into real business processes while maintaining simplified interaction.
