On June 15 this year, the NFC delegation visited AGMK. The guests first toured the AGMK Engineering Institute, which focuses on cultivating highly qualified personnel. AGMK experts showcased the conditions created for teaching, provided a detailed introduction to the dual education system currently implemented by the joint enterprise, and answered all questions of interest. The delegation then inspected the ore extraction and transportation operations at the "Kalmakyr" (Кальмакыр) and "Yoshilik I" (Ёшлик I) mines. During the meeting between the leadership of both sides, prospects for introducing innovative technologies in the mining industry, co-financing investment projects, and constructing new production facilities were discussed. NFC General Manager Tang Yaoyu (Тан Яоюй) noted that they had visited AGMK two years ago and today witnessed the tremendous changes the enterprise has undergone in a short period, expressing deep impression with the active development of new deposits. He stated that AGMK's capabilities and knowledge, combined with NFC's experience, will strengthen cooperation in ore extraction, mineral processing, and the application of environmentally friendly technologies. Founded in 1983, NFC currently holds 11.92 million tons of copper reserves, with an annual smelting capacity of 1.4 million tons of copper, producing approximately 1.48 million tons of metal products each year.

During the Tashkent International Investment Forum, AGMK and NFC signed a cooperation agreement. The document stipulates that both parties will implement joint projects in strategic directions such as organizing reagent production, processing secondary resources, and extracting precious metals from ore raw materials. AGMK stated that cooperation with enterprises possessing substantial resources, advanced technologies, and international experience will help consolidate its position in the global metallurgical product market.
