Wedoany.com Report-Mar 12, The Safra National Bank tower, a 210ft structure in Florida, US, designed by Foster + Partners, has topped out.

The tower is located at 3050 Aventura Boulevard.

This tower is located at 3050 Aventura Boulevard in Miami.

The building stands at a key corner site within Aventura’s metropolitan zone and features a design of two interlocking prisms that create a balanced form and provide spaces for client hosting at the base and top of the tower.

Foster + Partners studio head Grant Brooker said: “3050 Aventura Boulevard will make a unique contribution to Miami’s cityscape and sets a new benchmark for high-quality workspace in the city, with its extremely generous floor-to-ceiling heights and outstanding views.”

An entrance hall, set within a landscaped plaza, greets office workers and visitors with a 37ft space with ample light, featuring informal seating for relaxation and social interaction.

The tower’s design strategically places the core and elevator lobby on the west side, allowing for maximised office floorplates with ocean views to the east.

Meanwhile, the executive level at the pinnacle of the tower is proportionately designed to include client meeting rooms, executive offices, boardrooms, and a lounge area.

Above this, the roof terrace offers a bar, seating, dining areas, and landscaping while a louvred horizontal screen projects from the core to provide sun protection for guests.
